From Calais / Boulogne / Tunnel
Head for the A26 motorway towards Paris. Do not take the A1 on to Paris, but continue on the A26 Reims and Troyes. From Troys join A5 Chaumont, and then the A31 towards Dijon and Beaune where you join the A6 (Autoroute du Soleil) continuing south to Lyon. Then A7 Orange, joining A9 at Orange for Nimes and Montpellier. Exit the A9 at Junction 34, Then follow local directions below. |
From Roscoff
Take the D769 out of Roscoff. Then take the N12 towards Morlaix / St Brieuc / Rennes. Then take the N137 towards Nantes. Take the A83 towards Bordeaux. Merge onto the A10 south towards Bordeaux. Then take the A62 towards Toulouse and then the A61 towards Narbonne. Merge onto the A9 headding East towards Montpellier until Exit 35 the follow local directions below. |
From Dieppe / Le Harve / Cean
Head for Paris. Go around the southern Peripherique following firstly Versailles, Orleans, Chartres, then Fontainbleau and Lyon, joining the A6 motorway all te way to Lyon. Then follow above, also the local directions below. |
From Girona Airport
Follow the signs for Girona / Franca (Francia) to the A7 then heading north to the French border where the motorway changes to the A9 in France. Stay on this road until Junction 35 then follow the local directions below. |
From Marseille Airport
Take the D20 then the D9 until you join the A7 heading for Montpellier. Then take the A54 and merge into the A9. Exit the A9 at Junction 34, Then follow local directions below. |
From Barcelona Airport
Follow the signs to bring you on to the A6 motorway turn onto the A7 heading north (Franca). Then follow above, also the local directions below. |
From Montpellier Airport
Take the local roads until you reach the A9 heading for Beziers / Narbonne. Exit the A9 at Junction 34, Then follow local directions below. |
From Toulouse Airport
Take the D1 E then onto the D901 and onto the N124 before going onto the A620. Merge onto the A61 towards Narbonne. Then follow above, also the local directions below. |
From Beziers/Vias Airport
Take the D37 E on to the N112 turning left. Continue for approx 3 miles, then branch right onto the D137 signposted Vias Plage. La Carabasse camp site is about 200 yards on your left. |
From Carcassonne Airport
Take the D119 onto the A61 towards Narbonne. Then follow above, also the local directions below. |
Local Directions from East & North
Leave the A9 at Junction 34 (Agde / Pezenas). After the Toolbooths, take the first Exit signposted Vias and Agde on the N312. Continue on the N312 for approx. 5 miles, after which the road goes into two lanes. Take the right-hand lane, direction Beziers on the N112. After a short distance branch right, signposted Vias Plage. At the roundabout take the exit Vias Plage D137. La Carabasse camp site is about 250 yards on your left. |
Local Directions from the West & South
Leave the A9 at Junction 35 (Beziers Est / Vias). After the Toolbooths, turn left following the signs for Valras-Plage on N122. At the roundabout (approx one and a half miles) take the third exit following the signs Vias and Agde along the N112. Continue for approx 6 miles, then branch right onto the D137 signposted Vias Plage. La Carabasse camp site is about 200 yards on your left. |
